How can I pay?

You can either pay with a card or with your PayPal account.

My card payment doesn't seem to be accepted?

If you are experiencing payment difficulties with your card, please use the PayPal card alternative – this allows you to pay by card without needing a PayPal account.

I have multiple confirmation emails for one order, what should I do?

Don’t worry! If you receive more emails with different order numbers, contact me, and I will cancel any misplaced orders.

The first email confirms the acknowledgement of your order and the payment of your order.

The second email is sent as soon as your order is packaged and shipped, and includes your tracking details and invoice.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Your artwork will be processed and printed to order, and I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of them being placed.

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide

I am required to declare the retail value of all international shipments, and your shipment may be subject to a customs/import fee.

International customers are responsible for any customs/import fees charged by their country. Please check your government’s policies, as each country differs regarding this.

How do you ship my order?

All artwork will be placed in protective bags, supported by packing boards, inside a cardboard envelope for maximum safety while in the post. I will always try to find the best method to ship your order.

For example, if you are located in the UK, you will receive your package via Royal Mail, and if you are located outside of the UK, you will probably receive your package via the postal service.

Remember that delays can occur during the import/customs inspection.

How can I track my order?

Once your artwork has shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received it.

For shipments within mainland UK and through Royal Mail, once it has been passed to the post office, you should track it on the Royal Mail website with the information included in your order confirmation email.

(Tracking may not be available for some countries).
